Minecraft: Story Mode Game Series From Telltale, Mojang

Minecraft: Story Mode - A Telltale Game Series is an episodic narrative-driven game series set in the Minecraft world that is coming in 2015 to PC, Mac, mobile devices and what Mojang calls "Xbox consoles" and "PlayStation consoles." We've contacted Telltale for clarification on the platforms.

The storyline of the game is unique and is influenced by the choices made by the players, much like Telltale's Tales from the Borderlands or Game of Thrones or The Wolf Among Us. Telltale claims that the Telltale game series will blend familiar characters with new themes to create an entirely new Minecraft experience. It is in the spirit of the Minecraft community and continues to inspire a generation.

Mojang offers a little more detail about its approach to story on its blog: "We're not intending on creating an 'official' story for Steve, or explaining the world of Minecraft in depth.  I'm e It's going to be a fun video game.
